At GFR, we’ve built our foundation around the fact that every single person is a different individual: different body, goals, hormones, schedules, dietary history, and views on what “being fit” really means.

With this understanding, Rihana assesses every aspect of the individual and then develops a plan (both training and nutrition)  that is in sync with each client’s goals and lifestyle and allows the maximum results for that individual.

It was my dream since childhood to have a fit and strong body. Due to my work schedule I never got the chance of achieving it until I met Rihana. She convinced me that commitment and dedication can get me the desired result. 
Today, training with her and following her diet plan, I have made a strong and a muscular body. Not just that, Rihana managed to make me look younger than earlier. From obese to strong only with Get fit with Rihana!
